I had gone to get my car diagnosed at the Hyundai dealership and they were trying to charge me an arm and a leg for repairs. Not only was the cost at Michigan half of what I’d expected, but Lee also pointed out that my car had been even misdiagnosed. He also took me around back to look at the issues while he explained them. And shortly after I got my car back I received a text to check up on how my car had been doing, which I really appreciated as well. I will be returning here for all of my car needs!

    *****Updated****** I purchased a 2009 Lexus and the day after i noticed a metal to metal noise in the driver side. i was concerned about the noise so i brought it to the dealer, the dealer happily took a look at the vehicle and offered me multiple solutions so we can resolve the issue. overall the dealer payed me $120 in a form of a check which was half of what it cost to fix the problem and also included in a free oil change. to conclude: as a consumer i was dissatisfied for a moment with the purchase however the dealer went above and beyond to make the purchase a great purchase. thank you!

    My car broke down while on travel out of town, and Michigan Tire and Auto was able to see me the same day for diagnostics and to begin work to replace the battery, alternator and cracked water pump. Everything was finished first thing the next day. Also they followed up later to make sure everything was working great. Would recommend again!

    Hats off to Michigan Auto. Lee and the team did a great job replacing steering gearbox on my 89 Mercedes. Great price and also provided other services with no charge.     I came in for an all wheel alignment on my vehicle. The staff was very very professional and nice. I didn’t have to wait all day. The atmosphere was very positive. My vehicle drives great now! A staff member name Lee even followed up with me to make sure there wasn’t any issues. I never had any auto shop reach out to me to make sure everything was great but Michigan Auto and tire did. I was shocked. So I definitely recommend them and I live in DC but I will definitely come back for more work if needed. Thank you to the Michigan Auto Team!
